Just like President Trump didn't control practically most of the agencies and other parts of the government that he should have, Biden is the same. Our government is split. There are those on the side of America and those on the side of Evil. Who sits in the White House only matters for the movie. The battle started raging between both forces before Trump ever took office, and it has never stopped.
