Ask yourself a simple question. Would the army be descending to enforce stay at home policy? These lockdowns have always been used by the White Hats to clean up the human trafficking - sounds like there is a BUG operation planned for this lockdown and they don't want any bystanders getting hurt. At least this is what I hope it is.
