The Delta variant is nothing to worry about. A mild 2-3 day bug at most. A healthy immune system will kick its ass, no problem.
Yes, the spike proteins are in the vax. Death is usually due to the blood clotting caused by the spike proteins and of course the clotting causes stroke, heart attack, etc.
