I can't verify any of these things but I save posts from time to time that look interesting, I'll look through my saves and link a few--give them a look and see if any of it makes sense and go from there maybe.

Obviously do your own follow up research and make a risk analysis about some of these suggestions.

Also as I've seen mentioned with regards to pine needle tea, apparently some versions are toxic and some are fine so keep that in mind.
