Horribly expensive and takes a long time. There may be other options. I’d consider temporary partials or bridges although bridges can cause bone erosion where a pulled tooth is So check all pros and cons.
Yes, definitely expensive, lots of time to do. I've already lost a couple of my molars in the past couple of years...leaking crowns with no $$ to repair. Am using something to stop further infection and address the toxins from the 2 root canals that were done over 20 years ago. It's made a real difference but many teeth are very compromised so my options are not many.
Find a dentist that can do an ozone treatment. You can use this site but there are dentists that do ozone and are not members. https://iaomt.org/
All the mercury fillings were removed in 1993. At this point, there are at cavernous teeth which lost their overlays, a shell of a tooth top front, a leaking crown which is now less symptomatic.............it's a mess. What will ozone do for the teeth? I never heard of this type of treatment.
It just kills all bacteria. My dentist uses it in all the water but will do a treatment with it during a procedure and just to help. I’m not sure if it will benefit you but it is worth looking into IMHO. Stay well.
