Anyone have a gas mask?

We know (though doctors dont) that paper or cloth masks dont work. But everyone insists you wear one. If anyone has a gas mask I wonder what would be the reaction from people in stores?

My son sent me a military gas mask (special forces) for mothers day in 2000....came with canisters. I still have it. Thought it was odd but same son at 5, gave me a box of snakes and lizards he caught for mother's day! He was always so creative kek!
