🙏Please pray for everyone being shamed and ridiculed... Telling him he's "selfish." "They will remember"when it comes time for promotion or raises. The worst is, "he has to be a leader!" How?! By following tyrannical orders!!! Oh and we will give you $500 if you get all your staff to take it too. This is infuriating and heartbreaking.

how much support might your son have from other employees? he is fully within his rights to form something like a union, an employee worker's advocacy group (this is how progressives force their employers to make trans, BLM, climate policies) to demand employee health choices, evidence-based policies, etc. many unions are opposing forced vax.

This is the best answer. Remember, your boss only keeps you around if you make them money, or prevent them from losing money, so anytime an employee walks it hits the boss on the bottom line
Maybe your boy would want a pep talk. When I was feeling low as a youth at a deadbeat job, my aunt came to me and reminded me I was a strong and smart woman. She said I should always be interviewing, even while working at a good job! Employers love to recruit from other employers. You are valuable while employed! Interview and when asked what you’d need to jump companies, tell them you want a $2 raise from where you are at. Its worked for me 3 times!!
If my employer warned me that a vaccine was going to affect my hours or future pay or even my performance; you'd better believe I have dignity and Id be looking for a new job immediately. Id be writing my notice that night.

Right now most businesses are suffering a shortage of good employees - partly because of the laziness of so many and partly because of gov. handouts. If those employees really mean it, and I hope they do, then they probably have the upper hand in this situation. Typical of tyrants to pretend they have it - meaning the employer - but the employer would probably be crapping bricks if a bunch of employees walked. I sincerely hope they stand their ground. Nobody has the 'right' to force anybody to take a 'medicine' they don't want or need.
