It's certainly possible. Biden "won" California with just over 11 million votes compared to Trump's 6 million. Keshel's numbers show over 1.3 million excess votes in California, but that's not counting any "cyber-flipping" of votes, as he called it. At this point, there's no reason to think they didn't flip votes in CA just like all the other states, but that would mean they had to flip about 4 million votes. It's not impossible.
