Statistically impossible. Do they not have the time to mix it up to make it plausible? Or is it an activation code?

Statistically VERY possible. It's over a few months and had data from cities, states, and countries. Data that is reported on a daily basis. Do you know how many cities there are in the USA alone? Multiply by the number of days and the probability becomes very high.
