My employer is mandating. Looking for a list of ingredients for a religious exemption.

Nah you don't need ingredients. Just tell your employer all about the mark of the beast from the Bible. It's close to the point where to trade and travel you need a vaccine paper. Just like the mark of the beast.. boom. Christian religious exemption.
