So what is suppose to happen when you lie to congress and you are a democrat? Nothing right. Only illegal if your lie goes against their narrative...right? Did interpret the Washington D.C. constitution correctly?

It is critical to recall the the District of Columbia is a sovereign state and is NOT part of the USA.
