I know alot think this, but I don't see why it couldn't be a combination of all these things. Real virus from the Wuhan Lab but lots and lots of fudging of numbers, incentives for crooked doctors to label any and all deaths as covid, fudged tests to create illusion of more cases etc... Basically they used everything and the kitchen sink to create the scamdemic. Kind of like how they cheated in every way possible for the election steal.
