I have a question that has not been addressed as far as I can see. My employer is requiring you to show a vaccination card to have the "Privilege" of not wearing a mask. I dont believe I should have to show them anything to not wear a mask, if they are letting others do so, I should have the same right. Here's the kicker, they have no database of who showed their vaccine record, so how can they enforce this without being discriminatory towards a person who does not get vaccinated for religious reasons. How can they prove they audited employees in a fair manor.

Late to this post...
HIPPA was enacted during the AIDS "crisis" to protect the privacy of those who test HIV positive. An employer may be entitled to that information, opinions seem to differ, but they are not entitled to blab about it!
If an employer holds your private health information, they are required to safeguard it, and only let authorized individuals access it. Who exactly is authorized is a question, but it certainly doesn't include all of your co-workers, or guests who visit your work site.
By making you wear a mask based on your vax status, the company is broadcasting your private health data to the world. This is a flagrant HIPPA violation.
