Sent the below letter to Panda Express Corporate today upon being denied entry for not wearing a mask to order.
I realize some people feel like cooperating with mask mandates isn't that big of a deal. I often wore a mask last year with a go along to get along attitide.
It is a hassle to put yourself in a positon to be in potential conflict with a merchant or with another customer but let me tell you what - after seeing the way we have been discriminated against when we choose not to comply with the medical experiments, I feel very strongly we ALL need to make a stand now with masks before we see more of these ridiculous attempts to mandate vaccinations.
I'm sure some of you could make this letter better. Feel free to use it for what it is worth and change it however you need to to fit your situation.
Thank you for standing up with me for freedom from medical tyranny and also for the principle that all individuals must assume personal responsibiltiy for their own health and wellbeing.
"Greetings,
I have eaten at Panda Express for the last many years. I have supported the growth of your business in every possible way.
Today, my son and I were wrongly discriminated against by your staff. I do not wish to name the location because I am complaining to you about your policies, not about your individual staff member who is obeying your policy.
The mask mandates in California are illegal. Just like the COVID 19 vaccinations, mask use for the general public is approved under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) only. That means these measures are legally classified as medical experiments and it is therefore ILLEGAL according to the Nuremberg Code for any human to be coerced to participate in said measures.
My son and I were made to stand outside to order as though we were second class citizens with less access and right to enter your establishment than others who are choosing to participate in the medical experiment. This is both wrong and immoral.
I would like an apology from your corporate office for the humiliating treatment we endured and an assurance that you will quickly revise your company's position by understanding that the government and your business do not have the authority to mandate participation in vaccination or in mask wearing for your patrons and that you are legally authorized to make recommendations ONLY and then allow your customers to decide.
We will not be purchasing any additional food or in any way supporting the Panda Express brand until this matter is resolved.
Thank you."
A fun little story here. When they had a mask mandate in my State, I never ever considered complying. In my State, there were three occasions, in which I was refused service for not wearing a mask. For each of these business, I replied I had a medical condition. Every governor's EO provides for a medical condition as an exemption to wearing a mask. This however, did not stop these businesses from violating my Rights. It was their mistake.
As a consequence, I immediately took names and management and corporate information. I then sent a complaint and a 25+ page Cease and Desist letter to the corporate office. I made it clear they were violating the law and depriving me of my Rights according to State and Federal law. Furthermore, I provided the OSHA regulations each of these businesses were in violation of. I offered to arbitrate with their lawyer to avoid legal action and gave them ten days for their response before "we" pursued further legal action.
The businesses all 'lawyered-up' and responded within the time frame provided. Each of their responses averaged 4 to 5 pages of meandering and tortuous attorney bullshit. Not a one responded to the Statutes, Codes, and Regulations in my letter their client was in violation of, some of which were criminal violations.
As a certified scuba diver, I know how valuable oxygen is for sustaining life. You see, when you are 2 atm under the water everything is not only hastened, but amplified. The human body inhales ( at sea level) 20.95% oxygen and includes 78% nitrogen, and 0.04% carbon dioxide. We breathe it all in and then we exhale. In that exhale it consists of 16% oxygen along with 78% nitrogen and 4% carbon dioxide. That means only 4.95% oxygen is utilized for use in our body for every breath we take. That's not very much oxygen to spare. I hope you noticed that none of the nitrogen is used in our body. 78% is inhaled and 78% is exhaled. Now, with carbon dioxide, only 0.04% is inhaled from the atmosphere, but 4% is exhaled. That is a hundred times more than the amount inhaled.
By this time, you're probably wondering how this relates to scuba diving and face masks. As I mentioned before, everything is hastened and amplified when scuba diving under water. Under water, nitrogen is 'forced' into the blood stream significantly enough below a 30 foot depth. This is not normal and can lead to some deadly problems. Each atm is 30 feet. Two atm's is 60 ft, etc. We know the deleterious effects of built up nitrogen in the blood stream under water when it isn't allowed to be remove by depressurizing.
Here's the kicker, excess carbon dioxide is more harmful in the bloodstream than nitrogen. If the regulator malfunctions or the scuba tank air is tainted with 'bad' air, this can cause permanent damage to one's heart, and other organs. It is also fatal. The effect on scuba divers can easily cause brain damage and death because everything is hastened and amplified underwater. Carbon dioxide inhalation causes hypercapnia, which damages the heart and other organs of the body. The deleterious effect of excess carbon dioxide inhalation is acidosis. It doesn't take much for this to occur. This is why OSHA regulations concerning 'respirators' (N95) for particulates is to use them for a very short time period. OSHA regulations for respirators state that when the air intake dropped below 19.5% (that's only a 1.45% drop in oxygen), the worker must be removed from the environment completely because of imminent danger. A recent study showed children wearing masks fell well below this threshold within after a couple of minutes. OSHA even talks about carbon dioxide inhalation causing acidosis, which alters the cellular PH level for their proper functioning. It is well known in medicine that acidosis causes cancer.
I had no idea. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!
Off topic here but I am trying to learn about the big picture of what is going on here. Read Rosa Koires book, Behind the Green Mask: UN Agenda 21 and today someone here shared this interview with me. It's a 30 min commitment. For me it was time well spent.

Prepare to feel utterly helpless and demoralized. Then hopefully tomorrow we can rally together for another day of the good fight.
I'm familiar with Rosa Koire and her work from years ago. Her work only confirmed to me what William Cooper had been saying back in the 1980s when I use to listen to his 'Hour of the Time' broadcasts.
