Got to have him jailed on a lesser charge of sexual harassment than to have him arrested for the murder of elderly nursing home patients. Pelosi and Schumer know that Cuomo/ if not his brother would sing like a canary if he got arrested for that. So a lesser charge would suffice to get him out of the picture.
