My sister in law sent a group text to myself and my mom saying her fully vaccinated father is currently hospitalized with what they believe is the delta variant. She continued to say how hospitalizations are high, but the vaccinated make up 1% of those. Then she told us it would be a good time to get our shots.
I deleted the text to avoid blowing up on her stupidity
I wanted to send her some articles about the actual facts concerning the hospitalizations and the delta variant, and that we most certainly would NOT be getting the poison shot, but my mom told me not to go there so I settled for deleting the conversation. SIL and I have had some arguments before on Facebook back when I had an account. She will certainly be one of the 4-6% that can’t be saved.
I hear you, fren. I have a SIL like that, too. Knows everything, is never wrong. I've found it easier (and more beneficial to my mental health) not to talk to her much at all. Some people have to carry the cat by the tail to figure out why they shouldn't do that. And I think the 4-6% is a low estimate.

If you ever speak to your SIL again, be sure to shout, so she has a chance of hearing you over the cognitive dissonance.
