The city I live in, Tucson, had its school board (TUSD) perform a last minute vote yesterday at 7:30a. It was “public” in the fact that it was publicly viewable but no one could attend in person.

In short, they voted 4-0 to impose mandates on the children. They are in clear violation of HB2898 which states schools are not legally allowed to mandate mask wearing.

My question is twofold simple:

1. What can I do here?

2. Are there any other resources or things I can do to fight this?
