This guy is usually somewhat a orange pill merchant for redditors. Usually about the failed policies in NY, housing prices, bureaucracy and things like right-to-repair

I liken him to the Seattle Real Estate Podcast, the guy buys into the vax and most of the COVID lies but still calls out the politicians for letting Antifa run wild and destroying landlords with these moratoriums.
