Keep in mind, I don't play chess (and certainly not 5d), but is it possible that some were told to go ahead and certify? That it 'had to be this way?' I mean, we here are awake and most have been for a while. Does it seem that this whole Biden charade is the one last chance to wake up those who can be before the kickoff of the storm/rapture/ascension (insert whatever you believe is coming)?
