The county buildings in Cuyahoga County, Ohio (Cleveland) are all back to their mask mandates. All the attorneys I work with have to wear their masks when going to court again.
I work at a very big company in Lake county and theyre pushing masks again currently for the unvaxxed, potentially for vaxxed next week based on weekly updates. Most of us still refuse to wear the masks.
Is it me, or is the DS really pushing things hard during next week's events?
Custer's last stand.
I already won a decision with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. The University has appealed and we got a hearing set for Feb. 2022. Hopefully, it will be moot by then. Talked to lawyers from America's Frontline Doctors. So far, they have not committed with me yet.
I represented myself in the early stage, but I am seeking a lawyer for the hearing. I also helped 8 others with their case which were all won. However, UA is like a fascist state and they are refusing to accept their loss. So, more hearings ahead for all of us. UA gets to use attorneys from the state AG at no cost for their defense. I am still waiting to see if the attorney from America’s Frontline Doctors will take up the case. I did use resources from here including citing the ORC that requiring a mask is practicing medicine without a license and is a 5th degree felony.
That was my original claim. I have chronic bronchitis and wear a medic alert necklace because of it. This is why the CRC sided with me. The AG lawyers are claiming that this is not a disability or that I am not disabled. UA insists that I can still do cardio exercise with a mask on.
