Can a lawyer Anon please answer a question for me.

Is it legal to deny entry to someone at your business, school, event, etc.. for not having a non-FDA approved vaccine? Or asking for your medical history before entering?

How the fuck can this be legal and if it's not isn't it leaving countless corporations and businesses liable to lawsuits and massive class action?

You can find out by asking a business to erect a sign saying:

"HIV vaccine passport required to shop here."
