In my humble opinion, Biden was giving a dog whistle, a warning of some sort not relating to covid or anything like that when he stressed repeatedly

IMO the winter didn’t seem “DARK” at all. Again I’m not talking about fudged covid numbers. IMO there was a much more sinister meaning behind it, and we could be getting ready for a second wave lock down by winter time. “Seasonal masks”
