According to Dr. David Martin, Rand Paul had the evidence on letterhead of Fauci himself that he funded the WuHan research on gain of function. Martin says Paul should have presented that when he was questioning Fauci, but didn't. It was the smoking gun. Says Paul used his attack on Fauci for fundraising purposes.
