What’s “D5” ... DEFCON 5? So when the snowball began rolling we were at D5 and I’m assuming we’ve moved up close to a D3 or D2? We can’t be at D1 that would be bloodshed and not deaths related to the vax.

D5 stands for "deceive, degrade, deny, disrupt, destroy. In 2013, under Obama, this was in the air force asking budget.
