Any paperwork I can give them to tell them to fuck off? Religious exemption, or something else?

I would wear the mask. There are several studies providing the hazzard for wearing the masks for several hours. Deliver copies through an attorney requesting that they accept full responsibility of any health problems as a work place incident. Just an idea
