Any paperwork I can give them to tell them to fuck off? Religious exemption, or something else?

Also with the shortage of workers you could just say-"fine fire me and I will find a better job. Tell them there are lots of people hiring right now and I was thinking of looking for better pay anyway. When alot of the vaxed start really dropping, unless they figure how to stop it, these same people if alive will be begging for people to return.
