It's why I buy "hard copies" of anything truly important. I have found the adage that "nothing is ever deleted from the internet" to be quite false. Stuff disappears all the time.

Archive to offline storage, buy physical books/DVDs, and assume anything in a cloud service can be rescinded at any time.
