Well at first glance I don't see what is typically shown as a Fibonacci sequence. Not a mathematician, but I'm familiar enough with the concept that this looks nothing like the images I have seen representing a Fibonacci sequence. Look at a cross section of a Nautilus shell, for example...
Imagine looking at something at it's side, and through a fish-eye lens.
It won't look the same.
That it repeats is promising.
