In the 4th episode of Johnny Test (2005) the CIA show up in a helicopter that says "CIA Pizza We deliver to secret evil islands"

On the album art of one of Carpenter Brut's albums there is slice of pizza with a bloody knife stabbed in it.

The band Caravan Palace has a song called "Human Leather Shoes For Crocodile Dandies" (lizard people wearing shoes made of children=red shoe club)

They flaunt it in our faces
