Actively recruiting people in your own base to be vaxxed is being neutral? Would you call a 10 minute spiel a reluctant formality or a sales pitch?

He can't go on to the normies about how terrible the "vax" is. That wouldn't be neutral.

It was just one explanation of why he would be promoting it. I'd personally call it a sales pitch, though.
