I believe the fraudulent ballot producers may have overestimated the perceived market value of their down ballot vote fraud offering.

I'm sure this will be addressed for 2022 elections. They are most certainly operating on a agile development path and are targeting continuous process improvements for their system, so they'll address the shortcomings in their daily scrum and will close the gap with the next election voter fraud rollout.
