Here is why they did that: recently before our ECQ, there were pastors and Gising Maharlika people who went to the supreme court to protest and rally on the mandatory vaccinations at workplace. Yet, they did say it is not mandatory but they are gaslighting that mandatory vaccines at work are fake news. We have the evidence filed that some companies are mandating it and those who are affected have filed already a grave coercion lawsuit against them.
Until duterte hunts the unvaxxed down 🤣

It means they can't fire them, but they are welcome to discriminate in other ways like mandatory masking etc.
