Also in PA and that is truth. Anyone who thinks Wolf is panicking can pull Tommy's finger. The school boards are going to do his dirty work while he dines sumptuously

He will somehow just withhold finances from these schools. That's what he did to the counties that went against his lockdown before, even though the General Assembly only has the power to allocate funds.
