the difficulty would be finding a group the wasnt in on it.... every organization has links, personally or thru funding or marching orders, to the vast network of CIA/Mossad/GCHQ/5EYES/etc feeders and handlers, every 501c3 or NGO is a literal front for information or money laundering or ratlining drugs/guns/cash/humans/organs
