I was sitting here stewing over the impending Covid vax mandates when I had an epiphany about certain targeted people. I don’t know if this theory has been proposed by any other pedes, stay with me and I will explain my thoughts. We all know that businesses, states, and local governments who are sympathetic to the Deep State or Demo-crips are implementing these measures. Out of all the above-listed categories, I can’t think of any federal agencies that have mandated the Coof shot. CDC even came out and said they weren’t mandating the shot for their employees, yet Bi-Deng trots out and says that the VA will be the “first” to require all employees to be vaxxed. This announcement is shortly followed by commie Lloyd Austin saying he will look into mandating it DoD-wide.
What struck me was the fact that the majority of employees of the VA are most likely veterans. Veterans are also “treated” there. I am sure the VA docs have pushed the vax hard. It is also safe to say a majority of people who serve in any branch of the military do so out of a sense of patriotism and love for the country, that isn’t everyone but I would say it is a majority.
Q told us the military is the only way. What if this is the Deep State’s attempt at eugenics, but instead of removing an unwanted race, they are attempting to remove the group that theoretically would provide the most resistance to their plan. They will accomplish this through the myriad of side effects being exposed. I guess what I am trying to say is they want to wipe out the military and any Patriot holdouts.
Even if it were FDA approved, FDA is not the Constitution and not the legislative.
In terms of legislative, the question becomes whether Congress has the enumerated power to put such a mandate into law. Strictly speaking, there is no enumerated power to do so. In effect, there is not even enumerated power for Congress to deal with healthcare at all!
Amendment X states: all rights are reserved to the states and the people respectively.
In other words: (and this is based on Roe v Wade) any liberty amendment you would wanne cite: the FED gov has no enumerated power to make laws on healthcare.
This brings us to the state. The only explicit item considered regarding the security of the State is the second amendment. No healthcare issue either. It may be that certain State Constitutions employ language that could be understood to encompass healthcare decisions that should be made between an individual and their doctor, where the doctor is only the one providing information so the individual can make an informed decision.
States are there to protect individual rights. Mandates on healthcare issues do the exact opposite.
