If it's actually real, very much so. If it turns out it is a fake or a movie, it's pretty twisted. I don't know too many production companies that would show a little girl with her face removed and people showing it to her.

And it would be convenient, for a movie, that they're draining her blood while this is going on.

I've said, and will always say if it's fake, it's the best one I've seen.
