It's more likely that Fox edited the video and then posted it to YouTube knowing that YouTube removes election fraud claims. Not sure I've ever heard of YouTube secretly editing videos before.
Like I said, I've just never heard of YouTube editing people's videos. It would be pretty big news if that was ever even slightly evidenced empirically. Remember how irritated Reddit got with the whole spez situation? His username is now associated with editing people's shit without them knowing.
Fox editing it to prevent a Trump interview from being removed for disinformation by YouTube seems much more likely to me. YouTube has removed such videos in the past, and Fox isn't going to waste time posting videos that will get removed, especially since a news station having videos removed for disinformation is bad optics to some audiences.
It's the first thing he talks about in today's show: https://rumble.com/vkwsjh-ep.-1580-about-the-donald-trump-interview-the-dan-bongino-show.html

Fox editing then uploading sounds plausible as well. I would also not put it past youtube to edit uploads.
