Children’s Mercy hits capacity as COVID cases continue rising in KC Metro

This is a logic test.

Is the hospital at capacity? Yes
Are COVID cases rising in the KC metro? Yes (or so they claim)
Is there any relationship between covid cases and the hospital’s capacity? The headline gives insufficient information to answer this question.

Will people misunderstand the headline, not read the article, and spout FUD as a result? Yes!
