Now Bill suggests that the contract be altered with no consent of one party to the contract (the people), and wants to interpose himself and his ideas with the livelihoods of millions of retired people?
I certainly hope he doesn't plan to be walking down any streets in the near future, he probably wouldn't survive one city block's distance.
