Did you even read my post? You might want to see how Law Positive fits into the scheme of things. What you are presenting here is 'old news' to me. Ask yourself, why are cities and town 'incorporated'? They have a Articles of Incorporation. It's all stems from the Act of 1887.
If it is old news, (you still didn't answer the question of whether you even watched the video, humor me and lie some) then why are you here? Pass it by and stroll on like I do when I already know something. Unless you have an agenda here.......
Feel free to start your own thread on the topic of Law Positive
Hey, I asked you first. This is the gentleman way of social discourse. You didn't answer first and never looked up what Law Positive vs. Common Law is. It ADDS to your polemic. It doesn't subtract from it. So humor me first. I'm 70 some years old and have been in a few rodeos in my life. I think I know how to ride a horse.
Gentleman? That is a word I have blissfully never been called. I know better than to post a video of such length on here. But someone might surprise me one day. Polemic huh? I came to post a video, all the information I gave out was in the video, not mine. Seems like you are projecting your polemic at me.
Yes, the word 'gentleman' still exists. Unfortunately, etiquette has been lost in this dystopian society. That's why you ignored the 'Law Positive' info I provided. For me, it was really like -- Hey this guy posted something about maritime law. I know all about Maritime law from many years ago. In the courts today, it is being masked by 'Law Positive'. This guy might be interested in that too. Why don't I share this with him.
Many years ago, I use to attend common law venues. The thing I took away from it was the corporate State has usurped all aspects of common law and pretend they represent it when in reality it is 'Law Positive' they practice. Somewhere under decades and decades of corporate rulings, there is common law. I found it to be about 6 feet under the pile of Law positive rulings.
