Unless comms stay down forever, what good is a comms blackout? If there is anything of magnitude to report, it'll get reported, whether it's tomorrow or a month from now.
I feel like the comms blackout would actually be to help our side while baddies have their ability to coordinate stripped from them and have to rely on whatever training they've been able to get in and operate without centralized command. PatriotPrayer guy's death proves they use live video streams and calls to coordinate their hits and make sure they get the payout from whoever is handing out those soros checks. I agree with your thoughts on blackout's only delaying the inevitable.
