This is easy. Here is my experience. Keep in mind, I'm not a doctor, nor am I offering medical advice:
There are markers for each 250 lbs of body weight on the syringe. The entire tube is for a 1,250 lbs (average horse?).
Over the last 14 days or so I was sick with Covid (or the flu or whatever, but the PCR test said I was covid positive).
I took 3 doses (250 lbs worth of paste each dose) spaced about 3 days apart. To clarify, on day one I took the first dose. On day 4, I took my 2nd dose. On day 7, I took the 3rd dose. Each dose is about 2cm of the paste as you squirt it.
My wife did the same because she was positive as well. She weighs about 140-145 lbs.
Sounds the same as the Durvet (pictured in the OP, and the kind I used as well.
Again, my wife who weighs 145 tolerated 3 does (250 lbs) just fine.
If you can get the script for the pills, great. If not, this horse paste worked well for us.
