What exactly does this mean and what implications does it have for the future of the central bank, NESARA, etc.? I haven’t seen much info on this transition and it seems important. Thanks frens.

Same. I have a hard time conceiving of a system where the creator of the currency does not become kleptocratic and reign supreme e.g. roths.
