What exactly does this mean and what implications does it have for the future of the central bank, NESARA, etc.? I haven’t seen much info on this transition and it seems important. Thanks frens.

I struggle with this too. It’s above my pay grade and I think my feelings may yearn for NESARA as an alternative but the inner skeptic... not convinced.
