The CO Sec of State who has been threatening to arrest anyone who attempted to audit her state had the password to her Clerk's servers, didn't give her Clerk access to those same servers, and gave Dominion passwords to those servers. Hard to connect the dots between all the dooming and shilling, but that's what the announcement is. It's a bigger thing than people are realizing.

To cover their asses, the CO SOS raided her office and is pretending that the Clerk (onstage now) leaked the passwords that she actually didn't have.
