I tend to think someone like this is a lost cause. They have turned so far from the light, are so consumed with venomous hate, that they will be among those who giddily follow satan into eternal damnaton.
A good number of them can be reprogrammed or re-educated into useful, productive members of society if the proper camps are set up and administered. I now say this unironically, where not long ago it would have been ironic.
