My son and his 2 best friends that have vacationed with us and socialized with us and been together since 2012 were in Computer Engineering together and graduated in 2016. There are ways to track IP addresses without the military. The one figured out how to get a VPN from a foreign country to go under the radar. The military I'm sure has it, why didn't they produce it a long time ago as we are heading to communism at breakneck speed. Many smart cyber people can track this.

I agree with you that it's an important symposium but doesn't mean the military is in control.
