the Q400 incident, where a Bombardier Q-400 was stolen, then crashed into a mysterious island with a seriously shady past. WTF, it even drew a Q on the flight radar screens. AND (thanks u/privatejoker), the guy that stole the plane and died shared his name with a decommissioned nuclear sub... that maybe was never decommissioned, after all....
ythehorses: Yes, the Q400 plane crash into Ketron Island was wild. We had just discovered Q that summer 2018. My hubby wrote: "Richard B Russell (said to be a baker) who moved to Wasilla Alaska when he was 7 years old according to a blog post that he made in 2017, where he could see Russia from his house, hijacked an empty Q-400 and crashed it into Ketron Island with an official population of 17 near Puget Sound Shipyards where the USS Richard B Russell was allegedly scrapped and where a "lens flair on a helicopter windshield" was photographed that looked suspiciously like a unauthorized missile launch that is rumored to have been in the vicinity of Air Force One's flight path, and nobody in the media has caught on yet?"
Catsfive: I believe that the plane did not crash, that it marked the supposed "crash" site with explosives dropped from a C-130, just like at the Pentagon.
Znick9: IMO theQ400 was a decoy for radar "lock" of sorts . The fighter jets smoked the missile launch site & blamed it on the Q400 crash (remote controlled dam thing did a barrel roll) and also the an alibi was established for the public.. boob tube has some interesting interviews of eye witness accounts
Two F-15s were scrambled and followed the Q400 over Ketron Island which was at the time owned by a Hollywood mogul. No one actually witnessed the Q400 go down they only reported smoke from a crash site. For several reasons I and some of the other anons (some pilots) never believed "Russel" was actually on the plane. The opinion was that the plane was being flown remotely. We have had that capability since the 1970s and I'm sure it's much more advanced now. Russell could have been anywhere in the country sitting comfortable while patched into the comms to the tower. One of the things he said was odd, he asked tower how to pressurize the cabin because he said it was getting hard to breathe. That was total BS because he never flew above 8,000'. And if he was in the plane he was a super pilot because he pulled off some very hard, almost impossible, maneuvers for the Q400 platform. More evidence that it was flown remotely. In my opinion a mobile missile launcher was on Ketron Island and the F-15's took it out. The Q400 was crashed to cover for the missile strikes.
Richard B. Russell, a nuclear-powered attack submarine, was laid down 19 October 1971 by the Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company at Newport News, Va.; her keel was authenticated by Mrs. Ina Russell Stacey, sister and official hostess for Senator Russell. The submarine was launched at Newport News 12 January 1974; sponsored by Mrs. Herman E. Talmadge, wife of Senator Herman E. Talmadge; and commissioned 16 August 1975.
After serving in the U.S. Navy for almost 18 years, Richard B. Russell decommissioned on 24 June 1994 and was struck from the Navy list that same day. Transferred to Bremerton, Washington, the boat was disposed of through the Nuclear Powered Ship and Submarine Recycling Program on 3 January 2003.
I saw this pop up and remembered last week's "Freaky Friday post"

And also said his hobby was as a "baker."
What's the relevance?
Bakers are the anons that put the crumbs together and make the bread.
Thanks pede!
I remember that episode of the show.
