Like a dog whistle?

Instead of a secret email list or discord group, they can hand out physical memos at gatherings such as Obama's birthday that cover phrases to look out for.

Before you get to that point, if you are a celebrity, you learn that pushing gender pronouns on social and taking photos with one eye covered will signal that you are ready to do business with the Devil and go to one of these memo parties.
