Plus you'll end up facing jail time for "forging a government document". Don't play their game. Faking the card is just accepting that their game is OK. It's not. Take inspiration from Rosa Parks: say No, and mean it, because you know you're right.

Start forging checks from a private bank and see what happens. Forgery is a crime. Government documents or not.

You can get vaccinated at the county fair and they give you one of these cards. If I have the card, it's very difficult to prove otherwise. Oh you mean the people at the fair mishandled my paperwork? Thats not my problem.

I've seen "official" ones that actually have the seal of the hospital on it rather than cdc.
